Too often we have too many projects and too little time and when we do get around to writing it typically means long hours,usually sitting, often hunching and possibly snacking. This lecture will go beyond the usual health tips for writers (sit up straight! take a break!) and look at how incorporating an exercise practice into our writing routines can create positive health, wellness and creative outcomes now, and more importantly, as we age.
