About me
Dr. Robyn Diner teaches contemporary literature at Vanier College. Her recent publications, "The Cougars of TikTok" and “The Cuddle Party,” are indebted to techniques associated with autofiction, and explore themes linked to aging. Robyn also facilitates an online creative writing course, “More Than a MILF: Writing Sex and the Female Body,” and is the editor of the forthcoming anthology of the same name. Both the course and the anthology are invested in carving out innovative spaces where women can risk writing unapologetically about aging and desire in a culture obsessed with youth. She lives in the Mile End of Montréal/Tiohtià:ke, where she is continuously amazed at the price of cute dresses at the thrift shops—never mind the cost of groceries.
