About me
Jodi McIsaac was born and raised in New Brunswick. Her debut novel, Through the Door, held the #1 spot on Amazon’s science fiction and fantasy bestseller list, as well as #2 in the overall Kindle store. She has since published five other novels with 47North and Thomas & Mercer, along with two short stories. Her essays have appeared in Writer’s Digest, The Globe and Mail, and other outlets.
A committed member of the local writing community, Jodi is active in the Writers’ Guild of Alberta and the Alexandra Writers’ Centre Society. She regularly presents at writing conferences and literary events and hosts one-day writing retreats at her home. Jodi combines her passion for social justice and humanitarian causes with her writing skills through her fundraising copywriting company, Inkwood Communications.
