About me
Tanya MacIntosh is a queer author of speculative fiction, creative non-fiction, and poetry with a BA in Creative Writing & Religious Studies from York University. In 2025, she received the Brenda Strathern Award and placed first in the War of the Words competition. You can find her writing in Blank Spaces and its anthologies, Off Topic Publishing, and elsewhere. Tanya has lived, studied, and written in Toronto, Quebec City, Jerusalem, and Calgary which is now home. Gigi, her rescue dog, generously shares the house with her and tolerates her inappropriate cross stitching and questionable collaging.
