When Words Collide 2026

In this workshop, you will be inspired by the bizarre, the mundane, and perhaps even the insane. Sometimes, you simply need a nudge from the inspirational muse to get out of your own way.
During the session, a headline is read aloud and briefly discussed; you are given several minutes to jot down the ideas that come to mind. This format allows for the sharing of your writing and the receipt of validation ("I like that!"), while also encouraging you to think outside the box in a fun and exciting environment. We will establish a safe space for all and embrace the process of being inspired by the happenings around you. You will leave with a new awareness of the abundance of inspiration that exists all around you.
